Assistant Professor since 2012, and Associate Professor since 2022. Her research interests lie in the field of translational hematology, with a focus on the characterization of drug resistance mechanisms and the identification of novel therapeutic targets in acute and chronic leukemias.

Collaborates in research projects with several Italian, European and American groups. Invited speaker at hundreds of national and international congresses. Author of 176 publications in international peer reviewed journals, with more than 10000 citations and an h-index of 50.
